Been with AFS for 5 years, likes biking, reading, travel, and gardening.

Owns her own business, enjoys learning, travel and is one of the calmest people you will ever meet.

Has been with AFS for more than 30 years yet still has not hosted. Anne is very busy raising her family and staying young

Loves her family, her dogs and her AFS students. Kathy has a daughter in Portland, and a son, daughter in law and soon to be three grandchildren in California. Kathy has many stories to share from her adventures to many countries and is bound to have more before she settles down.

Can tell you way to much about chemicals and could beat Martha Stewart in speed cleaning and choosing paint for a 15 bedroom house. She is a good cook and loves to ski.

Also fluent in French, loves her cats and husband, and is one of the few people who was born and raised in Seattle and still lives here.

Has visited almost every State in the Union and makes a yearly trip to Washington DC to see one of his oldest friends. He still has friends from high school, and a plant that is almost 15 years old. Damian is also on the AFS National Council as the Vice-Chair.

Also been a part of AFS for more than 30 years and still going strong. Think of someone who is always smiling and that is Nancy. She is the best human GPS system there is.

Never rests. Both her and her husband are still young at heart and are always traveling around America to see people the love. She now has two grandchildren.

Works as a physical therapist in Alaska and enjoys running, kayaking, and terrorizing captive audiences with a violin. :-)

Simone is an AFS returnee from the year program in Valenica, Venezuela. She has volunteered with AFS since returning from her year abroad and her favorite AFS moments are watching students meet their host families for the first time.
